Any damaged or non-working merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  All returns must have all parts and pieces, whether broken or non-working, returned to us for replacement or refund.  Refunds will take 2 to 4 weeks to receive once damaged or non-working merchandise has been received in our service center.  Any questions regarding our Return Policy can be sent to our customer service by clicking on the Contact Us link.
